Joe Bob Edwards is the President and CEO of Flowco, bringing over 20 years of experience in the energy sector. Before joining Flowco, he was Managing Partner at White Deer Energy, where he guided investment strategies for companies like Flogistix, Accelerated, and Extract. Prior to that, he led $4 billion in equity investments at First Reserve Corporation. Joe Bob began his career at Simmons & Company International.

Joe Bob received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and serves on the leadership team at the KBH Energy Center.

John Gatlin is a proven leader in scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and driving growth through innovation. With expertise in asset-intensive industries, he excels in product commercialization, operational optimization, and mergers and acquisitions. Before Flowco, he held executive roles at Estis Compression, Tesco Corporation, and National Oilwell Varco, leading transformative growth.

John obtained a degree in petroleum engineering from UT Austin and an MBA from Wharton.

Jon Byers most recently served as CFO of CSI Compressco LP (“CSI”), a publicly traded partnership, where he led the carve-out from CSI’s prior owner and built the financial capability of the business. Prior to CSI, Jon co-founded Spartan Energy Partners, a greenfield natural gas treating and processing business. Jon has also worked with SCF Partners and General Atlantic. He started his career with The Goldman Sachs Group in the Investment Banking Division.

Jon earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

As EVP of Production Solutions at Flowco, Chad Roberts brings a strong record of transformative leadership across highly engineered products and services industries. Formerly CEO of Estis, he led the development and commercialization of innovative production solutions technologies and championed manufacturing excellence.

With earlier roles at EnPro, Dedicated Computing, and Chrysler Motors, Chad has expertise in commercial strategy, streamlining supply chains, and optimizing global operations.

Chad holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from UNT and an MBA from Auburn.

Mims Talton, EVP of Natural Gas Technologies at Flowco, is an industry innovator with over 30 years of expertise in production optimization and equipment manufacturing. As President and CEO of Flogistix, which he founded in 2011, Mims has consistently led and innovated within the oil and gas sector. His career also includes founding companies like Compressco, Inc. and Well Link Corporation, known for advancing gas well optimization.

Mims graduated from the University of Oklahoma, and has a strong track record of driving investor returns and industry innovation.
